This appointment is intended to ask any questions you may have.
It is important that you bring the following items with you to your first visit:
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian is required to attend the consultation visit with you.
We care about your safety. Please alert us prior to surgery if you have any medical condition that may be of concern, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, or rheumatic fever. Let us know about any medications you are taking, such as heart medication, aspirin, or anticoagulant therapy (blood thinners). Please contact our office at any time if you have any questions or concerns before or after your first appointment.
At Oral Surgery Services, we want you to experience the best possible results and feel comfortable throughout your treatment.
